Nintendo has published the details of the WiFi giveaway for the Liberty Pass which gives you access to Victini for the US. In the US, you can get the Liberty Pass from launch; March 6th 2011 to April 10th 2011 making the giveaway two weeks shorter than its European equivilant. The Eeveelutions have such a great fan following, and on the surface, this mania over the Evolution Pokémon and its multiple-pathed evolutionary line is justified.
